Who is on the deal team?

Each deal team works exclusively with an investor (i.e., an investor from a corporate venture capital firm or angel) and is led by 1 team leader (Managing Director) in addition to 4 other analysts.

Who are the investors Moso partners with?

Moso works with seed to Series A investors across different industries—from biotech to B2B SaaS and AI agents to consumer tech. A few of Moso’s partnering investors included investors from Menlo Ventures, General Catalyst, and Insight Partners.

What do you do when working with an investor?

The scope of work mainly depends on the investor you work with, though you will all be sourcing (looking for startups aligning with investor’s thesis) and writing up thesis primers. Additionally, alongside their deal team, analysts will have the chance to pitch the best company the team has sourced during our GBM.

How often do teams meet?

Teams have internal weekly meetings and bi-weekly meetings with their respective partnering investors. Moso also hosts bi-weekly GBMs where upperclassmen will go through anything from investing case studies / frameworks, deals to recruiting advice.
